General conditions of sale - Master-Craft
1. Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales of computer products made by Master-craft via its website www.Master-craft.shop.
They apply to any Customer, consumer or professional, and prevail over any other document.
Any order validated on our website constitutes full and entire acceptance of these GTCS.
2. Prices and Availability
Prices are expressed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included).
Shipping fees are indicated before order confirmation.
Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, subject to stock availability.
Master-Craft reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products are invoiced based on the price displayed at the time of the order.
3. Ordering and Secure Payment
Validation via the cart and confirmation by e-mail.
Accepted payments: bank card, bank transfer, PayPal, and other methods specified on the site.
Transactions are 100% secure thanks to the SSL protocol and our PCI-DSS certified banking partners.
4. Retention of Title
Products remain the property of Master-craft until full payment of the order.
5. Right of Withdrawal – 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In accordance with the French Consumer Code (Art. L.221-18), you have 14 days from receipt to change your mind and return your product.
The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless due to our error or the product being defective upon arrival.
6. Warranties
a) Statutory warranties
Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years): Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code.
Warranty against hidden defects: Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code.
b) Exclusive commercial warranty – 2 years
In addition to statutory warranties, Master-craft offers a 2-year commercial warranty on all its assembled computers.
This warranty covers:
- Hardware failures due to an original defect (parts and labor included).
- After-sales service interventions in mainland France.
- Exclusions and loss of warranty:
- The warranty becomes immediately void in the event of:
- Unauthorized hardware modification: adding, removing or replacing internal components, overclocking, opening the case outside the after-sales procedure.
- Damage caused by: impact, liquid, electrical surge, fire, misuse or improper maintenance.
- Software failures, viruses, or issues related to a non-original OS.
7. Premium After-Sales Service (Customer Support)
Dedicated support by e-mail and phone.
Rapid diagnosis within 48 business hours after receiving the equipment.
Repair, exchange or refund as appropriate, always with your prior agreement.
Transparent tracking: you are informed at every stage.
8. Liability
Master-craft cannot be held liable for data loss, software incompatibilities or indirect damage related to the use of the products.
We recommend making regular backups.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These GTCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. The Customer may contact a consumer mediator free of charge.
